Items received as ordered, fully working and as described. Expected an earlier delivery which came much later then stated.

Second time our order is late. First time I contacted customer service and they quickly dealt with the issue. This time I had no response to email or customer service tickets, and they are not answering their phone (after I waited 3 times over the estimated wait time) Such a horrible customer service, I will find an alternative supplier next time!

I am trying to see if I can amend or cancel my order. I have had no response to email, they are not answering their phone, and I have been waiting nearly three hours for a response on their live web chat. Horrendous customer service.

The order has now been shipped without my email being responded to. So you have taken my money for a product I stated I no longer wanted. I would like a full refund please.

I bought some spare downlighting bulbs - the price was competitive and the bulbs were delivered fairly promptly. Would use Ledbulbs again.
